Though not confirmed, I heard that Sue Johanson will be speaking in Moncton sometime in September. I don't yet know where, or in what capacity, but I'll be there if at all possible! Woot! I also bit the bullet and wrote to SIDA/AIDS Moncton, looking to volunteer. Not really sure what will come of it.

This all comes a few days after my mother questioned my whole path in life (and that question was "You're not still doing that are you?"). My mother has always been under the impression that I should go into computers, and my father has always been under the impression that I should be secretary. Surprisingly, my father has been somewhat more supportive than my mother. Either way, I just don't feel like they have confidence in me, at the same time I have the least confidence in myself. Hm.
